ERS Relay Software

We consider our ERS Relay Software to be one of the most advanced and powerful.   Our CEO, Marcus Turley has tested 98% of software provided by the relay service providers across the World and strives to make our our service the best, not just because of the quality of the software but also because we act quickly on feedback to constantly improve and update our service on an almost daily basis.   Most other Companies take a great deal of time to even consider feedback and then more time to develop and add it to their service.   We don't do that simply because we believe in life cycles and the service rather than concentrating on shareholders!  

ERS Emergency Services

Marcus Turley, our CEO, have long campaigned for the launch of ERS Emergency Services to help save Deaf and Hard of Hearing lives.   The Irish Government's attitude towards to the provision of such a service is negative and as a result, Marcus has decided to provide the service by subsidising it through ETT International.    Marcus aims to get the EU to recognise the importance of giving essential access to the emergency services, regardless of their hearing status.  Deaf and Hard of Hearing people should NOT be left behind just because of the additional costs involved or administration issues. The service should be PROVIDED once and for all.  Imagine if members of the Irish Parliament became Deaf for just for one day!  The panic they would suffer when they realised how many communication barriers they have to overcome, not just in an emergency!  Deaf and Hard of Hearing people have experienced that for centuries!  Marcus feels that his Deaf community are the World's most patient and cleverest people just for having survived!

ERS Interpreting Services

The World's first real-time Sign Language Interpreter booking service.

No more ringing backwards and forwards trying to arrange available times for you, your Sign Language Interpreter and the appointment you want to make say with your Doctor or Bank Manager.

You know what happens; you call the Doctor who gives you an appointment time which fits in with your plans, you then call the Interpreter who isn’t available then, you try another Agency and they don’t have anyone available either but suggest a different time, you call the Doctor back but they aren’t available at that time!  Meanwhile you’re wasting your time and juggling your life to try to fit in with everyone else’s plans!

To avoid this problem, we have set up ERS Interpreting Services, part of the ETT International family of companies.    Sign Language Interpreters can register their services and use a simple online calendar to show when they are available for bookings.

This means that clients can visit our website and simply enter the date, time and location of when and where they need an Interpreter in real-time while they’re on the phone making their arrangements so they know exactly when the Interpreter is available and can book their appointment and the Interpreter at the same time, saving time, money and frustration!  The client and the Interpreter will receive an email confirming the booking and the Interpreter’s calendar will be updated ready for the next booking.

ERS Taxis Service.

Our CEO, Marcus Turley understands the difference between the mini-cab and black cab and that is one of his reasons to launch ERS Taxis Service to ensure that the passengers get the best unique taxi service via text messaging service and for the safety of passengers where the details are registered in our system to ensure that the passengers' details are confidential and that the passenger does not have to spell out the home address when at the club and the person may overhear the address details and for security reasons, we ask the passenger just to text us like this:

Take me home from Club ABC ASAP

We despatch the car straight away after the confirmation from the passenger such as when the passenger is happy with the pricing details via SMS simply by replying to the text to confirm it. If the passenger is not happy then he or she can simply cancel the booking by sending 'Cancel' to our system where our system will automatically cancel the booking!

In the recent years, there have been a lot of incidents towards to women passengers which our CEO, Marcus Turley takes it very seriously because he is concerned about the safety of passengers especially in the London area where there are a lot of illegal minicabs and our database allows us to search for the taxi availability and despatch the car to you ASAP.

ERS Taxis Service have vehicles available in Central London and our rates to Heathrow start from £29, with a low minimum of £8 covering 2.5 miles. Receipts can be provided for journeys that need to be expensed for business purposes. Our fleet of vehicles gives our customers a range of vehicle types including MPVs, VIP class vehicles, bikes, vans and coaches.
