This video was used to advertise our services when we launched ERS Relay in 2006 and has been watched by thousands of people. We are pleased that the video has helped lots of people understand what our service is all about and how rewarding it is to be a Deaf Relay Provider! We have also added more videos in our video library to help our users understand how to access our services and get the best from ERS!
