ERS Updates - 20th of July 2010

Unfortunately, it is with deep regret that our CEO, Marcus Turley has decided to accept no further applications for residential Relay Accounts. ETT International can not carry on subsidising relay calls for residential clients while there continues to be a lack of funding support from Ofcom and the UK Government for our Deaf and Hard of Hearing residential clients.  ERS will continue to lobby the UK authorities to offer a fairer system with real choice for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals in the UK.

In the meantime, the ERS Relay Service is now only available to our eBusiness clients who are company owners or Deaf and Hard of Hearing people who are working for companies with the benefit of funding from the Access to Work scheme.
