1: ERS Web Account.

ERS Web Account allows you to view/print your itemised ERS Telephone details. In addition to this benefit, you will also be able to order new services, add/change your service, move your service and get priority customer support.

2: Voice Carry Over.

Voice Carry-Over (VCO) allows Deaf or Hard of Hearing users to speak directly to hearing people. When a standard telephone user speaks to you, ERS Relay Operator will type everything said through to your screen and you can reply using your own voice.

3: Hearing Carry Over..

Hearing Carry Over (HC O) was designed for people with speech disabilities who want to listen to their call but want to use an ERS Operator to voice their reply.

4: No Roaming Charge,

At ERS, we believe that you should not be charged any different when making calls home, no matter where you are in the World.  For instance, if you are on an ERS Unlimited Call Package then you can make calls to your Country of residence just as you normally would, with no additional charges.

5: Your own personal extension number!

You will be able to choose your own five digit extension number with us and have it associated with account. When any hearing people call ERS and one of our ERS Operators  answers the call and asks for the 5 digit extension number to connect the call. If the person is not available to take the call then an email message will be sent to their registered email address and a call back can be arranged!

6: ERS Customer Care and Support - Every day of the Year!

7: Transcript of your Telephone Call!

All transcripts are sent to you via e-mail after each call disconnects. Once these emails are sent to you, they will be  automatically deleted from our system without any chance of retrieval

8: ERS Operator Assistance.

We pride ourselves in being professional in providing assistance. “ERS Operator Assistance” is another way for us to help you to make your telephone call run smoothly.  When you log in to make your call, you will be asked if you have any instructions for the Operator and you can use this opportunity to pass on any specific instructions or requests to your ERS Operator before they make your call.

9: Change anything to your preference!

You can add or change your picture, add/change phone numbers in your address book, and add links wherever you need them. You can also change the fonts, images, text, and background colors.

Ever needed a location to store all your contacts?  Using our simple ERS-designed address book, you can store all your contacts in one place and retrieve them whenever and wherever you are in the World!

ERS Directory Enquiries gives you fast, efficient access to phone lines in Ireland and you can then be connected directly to the number that you require

12: ERS vMail Services.

When you receive an incoming call and you’re not available, the Operator will send you an email with details of the person who called you and any message that they leave. This information will also be recorded in the ERS vMail system which is available direct from your ERS Panel.

When you next log in to make a call at www.ers-relay.com, instead of typing in a phone number, just click on your ERS vMail box and you will be able to view all of your messages, recorded in date order. You can manage all your messages from within ERS vMail, calling back the person who called or deleting the message at a click of a button.

13: ERS Fax Services.

ERS FAX Services is one of ERS services allowing you to send a fax from your ERS Home account page to anywhere in the World anytime!

14: ERS Automatic  Number Recognition.

When you make a phone call, our system will tell you where that phone number is located .For instance, if you dial 020-XXX-XXXX, you will see on screen that you are calling London, UK.

15: ERS Canned Messages

When you make a call and you don't want to provide the same information over and over again, you can store regularly used text in your personal canned message list and select that ready-made message at any time during your conversation.   For example, if you regularly order the same pizza from a favourite restaurant, you can enter the details in your Canned Message list.  For example “Hi, this is John, account number 7395 and I’d like a 16” Siciliana with extra olives“  When you next call the restaurant, all you need to do is click on the prepared message and send it off to your Relay Operator.   Your personalised canned message list can be added to, edited or deleted at any time.
