ERS Company Policy for Calls

  • We at ERS pledge full Confidentiality and follow all European Privacy laws.  We are an authorised and regulated Telecommunications Provider by ComReg in Ireland (Commission for Communication Regulation) and FCC in the United States.

  • Furthermore, it is illegal for an ERS Operators to disclose the nature or content of your conversations to anyone at anytime. We do not keep any records of your communications. Typed conversations are automatically cleared at the end of each call. Once your conversation is over, it is over.

  • All our staff are trained to the highest standards and upon employment are subject to a Confidentiality Agreement that lasts indefinitely. If any of our staff are caught in breach of this agreement they will be immediately dismissed.

  • All Transcripts can be e-mailed to you directly. However if you decide that you don't want the transcript they will be automatically deleted without any chance of retrieval.

  • With state-of-the-art monitoring and security systems, our facility provides the highest uptime possible by diligently monitoring all power systems, HVAC, network connectivity, fire control, and access technology. The physical access to the machine is tightly controlled. A 24 hour guard is posted at the entrance to the data centre as well as the building where the data centre is located. Only authorized personnel are allowed to enter the building. To gain entrance to the server room, a passkey and visual recognition must be passed. All of our servers are in our own locked cages. Electronic access is controlled through the security scheme of the operating system and application software components.

  • If you wish to complain about an operator all complaints must be e-mailed by clicking here and must include the operators I.D number.

ERS Outgoing Call Transcript.

We aim to provide the highest standard of services and customer satisfaction is paramount to our CEO, Marcus Turley. As a Deaf person himself, Marcus felt that these transcripts should be sent as a record for clients to use if they had the need. All transcripts are sent to you via e-mail after you have disconnected your call.   The transcript is then automatically and permanently deleted from our system so you will have the only record.  Given Marcus’s experience, he has often found that these transcripts have been useful in making companies aware of discrimination or general lack of awareness.  We like to give you choices and if you have the information then you can use it or delete it as you wish
