ERS Emergency Service is part of European Relay Service owned by ETT International. ETT International was setup by Marcus Turley who is profoundly Deaf himself from birth. Marcus is multi-lingual, conversant in 5 different sign languages including American, British and International Sign Language together with written English and as a Deaf person, Marcus knows exactly what it is like to be unable to access an emergency service in a time of need, bringing more stress and confusion to an already difficult situation.
